This is an old temple of Goddess Marubaidevi know since 1700 AD. Marubaidevi is the traditional Gaondevi (village Goddess) of Matunga whose small temple existed under a peepal tree at King's Circle. This goddess is regularly worshiped by locals and they seek her blessings. They have small space for religious activities. Nicely build temple. This temple is located near Don Bosco school in Matunga east.
