It is truly a delight for a nature lover. The hedges of the garden are carved in different shapes giving it an interesting look. The sun-set view from the garden over the Arabian Sea is quite mesmerizing. One can get a good panoramic view of the Marine Drive and the Chowpatty beach from the Hanging Garden. Taking a stroll in the green belt with the gentle breeze blowing from the Arabian Sea can be quite refreshing and rejuvenating. Its greenery along with the picturesque natural view makes it one of the attractive tourist spots in Mumbai.

Cows here from all over the city, taken in and cared for if the owners can't be found. Animals are kept well and treated very well with hospital sections for the ill and a birthing section too. Amazing to see so many animals in one place and lovely to see the care shown. Be warned this place is hidden in a warren of streets that fortunately for us our guide navigated with no problem. Perhaps a little off the usual tourist track for sights but very much worth a visit

Marine Drive is a 4.3-kilometre-long boulevard in South Mumbai in the city of Mumbai. It is a 'C'-shaped six-lane concrete road along the coast, which is a natural bay. The road links Nariman Point to Babulnath and Malabar Hill. Marine Drive is situated over reclaimed land facing west-south-west. A promenade lies parallel to this road. Marine Drive is also known as the Queen's Necklace because, if viewed at night from an elevated point anywhere along the drive, the street lights resemble a string of pearls in a necklace. In 2012, the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai announced that the entire road would be resurfaced, 72 years after it was originally laid.
