Q: How does the token/booking amount work?
For stays longer than one month, a ₹5,000 token/booking amount is payable to confirm the booking and will be adjusted against the security deposit. For stays of less than one month, the full booking amount is payable upfront. Once the required booking payment is made, the house is reserved for you. If you cancel, any refund of the booking amount will be handled according to the cancellation policy.

No, Rent and deposit are fixed. Since we exclusively maintain these properties and booking only happen through us you can be assured that rent and deposit will be same if you pay at online or at the property.

Semi Furnished House are independent flat, apartments or houses or a set of independent units that come with the basic structure along with lights, fans, geysers, and other basic fittings. Tenants can further furnish and use the house as per requirement.
