Daily bookings:

• Within 24hrs of booking
  • Full refund is provided before move-in
• 24hrs before move-in date
  • 50% deducted towards cancellation
• After move-in date
  • No Refund, free movement provided within 24hrs after move-in

Flexi Rent (short term)

• Within 24hrs of booking
  • Full refund but before move-in
• 24hrs before move-in date
  • 3k will be deducted towards cancellation
• After move-in date
  • No Refund, free movement provided within 24hrs after move-in

Regular Rent/Long term Rent

• Within 24hrs of booking
  • Full refund but before move-in
• 24hrs before move-in date
  • 90% shall be deducted, 10% will be refunded
• After move-in date
  • No Refund, free movement provided within 24hrs after move-in

After move-in

• Refund is processed as per agreement terms

GST will be applicable on cancellation fees.

Booking will be cancelled, and no refund shall be provided in case of no show or non-payment after 48hours from move-in date

Cancellation on the move in date no refund

Without physical site visit before and after check-in with 1-2 hrs full refund and free movement within 24hrs

Friend/Family visiting the flat before booking on your behalf will also be considered site visit done
